My name is Francine Fiola. I am the principal home stager and owner of Fiola Design. I have over 20 years of experience as an International Staging Professional (ISP) working with many homeowners, builders and real estate agents.
I understand that selling and moving can be overwhelming and stressful. I can help with that. I specialize in working closely with clients to guide you through the staging process. And you don’t need to spend a lot of money to stage your property.

Fiola Design will guide you through the staging process in a systematic, organized manner, at a pace that works best for you.
First, we meet and discuss your needs.
Next, Fiola Design develops a customized staging plan based on your local housing market, what your property requires and your budget. This detailed plan will have suggestions from the curb to the backyard. Fiola Design will explain the reasons behind every suggestion.
Last, we discuss how involved you would like to be in carrying out the plan. We have different options to accommodate our clients. You might want to take the plan and implement it yourself, you might need a little help, or you might prefer that Fiola Design implement the plan. In all cases Fiola Design will help you tackle the task at hand.
After we're done you will have a “camera-ready” property that you will be proud to show to prospective buyers. And the steps we go through will better prepare you for your move.
